伏特加青醬義大利麵的青醬偏甜但吃起來還是蠻順口的。這道算是很經典的搭配,除了意想不到的甜味,整體來說很不錯!
咖啡店的招牌甜點!布丁很口感綿滑,雞蛋的香味恰到好處。焦糖的苦甜與堅硬的燕麥相輔相成。喜歡布丁的人一定要試喔!(雖然不是我們最喜歡的但在喜歡甜點的我們心中排名滿高的)
提拉米蘇是我們都很喜歡的甜點!他們家的提拉米蘇用的不是手指蛋糕喔!海綿蛋糕很薄,用了咖啡利口酒增添風味。因為在提拉米蘇裡我們還是比較喜歡手指餅乾所以看到時有點失望。
🌿 vodka pesto salmon pasta / it sounds a bit strange but the pesto was on the sweeter side, most likely due to the combination of vodka and cream.
🍄 clam and mushroom pasta with white wine /classic spaghetti with some king oyster mushroom hidden underneath the swirl of noodles and clam shells.
🍮 perfectly eggy and jiggly! the fragrance of the caramel was offset by the gritty texture of oats. definitely worth a try if you’re into puddings! (not my favourite but pretty up there in the list)
☕️ tiramisu / one of our all-time favourite desserts! classic tiramisu but with a thin layer of sponge cake soaked in coffee liqueur instead of ladyfingers.
