🥜 maltose peanuts and tapioca dou hua /NT 65 / the dou hua was soft and melted instantly in your mouth. the maltose and peanut powder (+ coriander) paired well with the the tapioca balls and gave the dish a nostalgic taste.
這是來自礁溪的豆花店（現已關閉，但還可以去宜蘭試試看!) 豆花非常滑嫩，入口即化。麥芽糖和花生粉的搭配加上Q彈的粉圓非常順口。
(note: the shop provides extra syrup on the table that you can add at your discretion! ++ we went at 1:55pm and there was already a long line, so come early!)
(備註：店家有放糖水在桌上，可以自由添加！我們在還沒開的時候就去了，當時就已經很多人在排隊😨 翻桌率滿快的，但是建議還是早點去喔!)
